Covid-19 Statement

It is absolutely a challenging time for all of us as the COVID-19 continues to impact the world rapidly. We are continuing to monitor the situation and take extra cautious to protect our team.

We are following decisions of the WHO and the governments in terms of the status of our physical warehouses and offices. Due to current staffing arrangements Fayrefield will be making changes to the products on our site to fulfil our online orders from this store in a timely and safe manner.

While some orders may take longer than normal to fulfil due to the disruption of Covid-19 we have introduced minimum quantities on products to help.

Our site has now re-opened now that these changes have been implemented. It may be needed to close the site again for periods to manage demand.

Shipments and returns

Note that due to COVID-19 we are currently only shipping via TNT

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail. If you prefer delivery by TNT with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. A budget option of Royal Mail First Class is available although this is not recommended for perishable items.

 

Delivery is only on working days therefore we only ship goods Monday to Thursday. For TNT, next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 12 noon. Orders received after this time will ship on the following shipping day.

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile or perishable objects.

 

International Orders

Currently we can only take orders online for the UK. International customers should contact us via the Contact Form to request availability and pricing for overseas orders.
